I placed an order but have not received an email confirmation?
-If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam, and then if still no luck, email us at tabithajamesco@gmail.com.

Do you ship internationally?
-No, unfortunately at this time we don't ship international.
How soon do you ship after I order? What are transit times?
-We aim to ship same day on all our orders, with the exception of launch week. During launch week please allow up to 48 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class. However, shipping times may vary due to COVID.
What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?
-Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
-Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
What if my tracking hasn't updated and my package hasn't been delivered?
-Unfortunately, once the package is shipped from our end, we have no control over what happens to it. At this point, you can either wait it out and see if the tracking updates. If not, we can offer a complete refund of your purchase, not including the shipping charge or you can choose any earring that is of equal or lesser value as your original purchase, and we will ship that to you.

What material are your earrings made out of?
The earrings are made from polymer clay. Most of the charms, jump rings, posts, and studs are usually gold plated or stainless steel and are all hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Jewelry Care
-Polymer clay is a lightweight and durable material.
But, it can be damaged. It should be handled gently and with care.
-If dropped or stored improperly, your earrings may stain, chip, or even break. Please take care of your pieces!
-Avoid getting your polymer clay earrings wet. Don’t wear in water. Store in a clean dry place.
-Avoid using chemicals, oils, perfumes, jewelry cleaners, etc. on the earrings.
-If dirty or stained by make-up, you can use a soft cloth with soap and water or a q-tip and acetone to gently wipe the surface.

Return and Refund Policy
-All the earrings are final sale.
However, if the earrings are damaged upon arrival, or if they break within 4 weeks of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style), or refund the price of the earrings (not including the shipping cost).
Knowing this, please don’t attempt to bend or flex the earrings to test their durability. They can become weak and possibly break.
